Southern Ridges

This week we are trying a more difficult trail.

Southern Ridges.  We started off at harbour front.  Here we are. There are quite a number of steps.

Mount Faber park.

Start of Marang trail.

Can you see the steps?

Finally at faber peak.  Really windy. Nice view.  We can see snetosa.

The other side.

Monkey in action!

We are enjoying the view.

We need a rest with cool drinks.

Drinks with a view.

Enough of resting.  Time to walk again.

#HendersonWaves

The best part!

They have fun climbing and sliding down.  No need playground for these two monkeys.

Now to forest and hilltop walk.

Forest walk or singing forest.  Our second time here.

Can you see the bird with long tail?

My youngest got so many mossies bite from the walk.  Poor girl. Hope will recover soon.

Still we will continue our walk with better prevention measures.

We did not complete the whole trail. We stopped before alexandra arch.  We took around 3 hours including resting at faber peak.  We will be back to continue this trail.  I think only at mt faber there are many steps, where we need to carry the pram.  Once we reached faber prak, we can push the pram through out the walk.  So it is quite good.  So parents with young kids do take note.  Cant wait for our next walk.
Cheers.
