Extra Virgin Olive Oil

I heard many good beneficials about extra virgin olive oil so I thought why not buy one and use it at home.  Some of the pros of extra virgin olive oil are high in monounsaturated fats, load with antioxidants and there are anti-inflammatory agents.

So I found one from Ntuc supermarket.  Naturel organic extra virgin olive oil.  Costs around $11.


It has been awhile since i stir fry.  So decided to use this olive oil to stir fry the below ingredients.  Quite my usual ingredients.


If you compare with boiling soup, stir fry is faster. However there will be more work at the cleaning up.

My result.  Colourful.


With pasta.

Luckily the kids love it.  Hope i will do more when i am free.

I also like to dip my french toast in it with balsamic vinegar.  Very appetizing and not much clean up.

If only cooking need no preparation and cleaning up, i may cook more often.  Haha.
