Time files.  Is already going to 3rd week of November.  So what have I been doing.

Not much, I guess.

Everyone is preparing for Chirstmas.  Saw Parkway decoration.

We went MBS again to catch Pokemon. This time managed to take a night view.

Will love to go for an art fair but no babysitter.

This week theme is Dressabelle's mini.

Actually my mini also not really mini.  Just slightly above knee length.  But with babywearing then it will be mini. And this week i babywearing everyday. Tire. 😰

Monday.  Dark green embroidery doll dress.

Tuesday. Blue printed shift dress.

Wednesday. Black lacy dress.  Spoiled. Last time wearing.

Thursday. Plam dress.

Friday.  Denim dress.

Saturday I tried the white built in bra tee from China. Find it not bad too.  Not thin material.  Really quite worth to buy.  However, did not manage to take picture.  Another time.

My birthday

Going to river safari becomes a norm for my birthday celebration.

Morning my family and I went to river safari.  This time bought my mother along.  Her 1st time there.

It was rather crowded.  Prefer going on a weekday.  This time round i feel that the place was not as well kept as before.  I think last time has some giant stingrays but now don't have.

Then went to Suki-ya for steamboat.

Last went Gobi for cakes.  This year cake was different.

But super nice.  We ate till so full...

This year only my nephew is not around.  Hope he is fine in China. Hope going forward, things will be great as usual.

Gift from my sister. Cute.  Can write rubbish.  Hehe.

Crazy weather in November 2016

Did you all realised the weather for these few days have been very weird.  From a hot and sunny day, then in a few second times, it can turn to cloudy or sudden shower.

I witnessed it once while i was walking home in the evening. However, it does not guarantee rain and cool weather.

Even when it does rains, the temperature does not seem dropping.  Still so hot and humid.

I guess we can never get back to last time month end cool weather. Thanks to global warming.  We must all be more cautious with our lifestyle.

- using more mass transportation
- less usage of electricity
- no water wastage. Even our PM is urging people to use water carefully as the water reservoir in Johor is running low.
- find ways to reuse and recycle

What's else can be done? Must find ways to be green.

Nuxe 24hr Soothing and moisturizing Emulsions

I have started using this as it can quite affortable during Robinson sales.

Smell: slightly herbal scent
Colour: white
Texture: watery lotion
Review: initially it was quite good.  Light weight lotion.  Non sticky and well absorb to skin after use.  Good for Singapore weather. Plus no major outbreak.

However after a few months use, the lotion scent changed to quite unpleasant.  Not sure is it because I bought during sales and it maybe near to its expire date.

Cutrently I am using another Nuxe moisturizer, will monitor and see whether its scent changes or not.

291016 wedding

Attended a wedding alone.  Spend some me time and great catch up with some friends who i have not met up for a long time.

The wedding was at Pan Pacific hotel.

Outfit for the night.  Black Love and bravery dress with gold details.  It was bought many years ago but first time wearing.

Rather short.  I wore it without sash as it made it even shorter.   Wore it with my Charles and Keith beige sandals and a black lacy clutch bag which I have forgotten to take pictures.

I was also late so I didnt take much photos of the venue too.  It was at 2nd level ballroom.  Rather small.  The services was not so great.  The food was alright except the dessert.  It was tasteless.

However the company was great. I don't think i will have much chance to catch up with so many ex colleagues.

Lastly, i hope my friend will have a blissful marriage.

Food for thoughts

This week foods......  Actually this week got not much pictures.

Tea in office.

Husband work trip so my mother came over to help. I cook my express chicken drum soup and noodle for her.  But she 😶. Haha.

Birthday cake (tart) in office

Husband back. Ice wine and rasberry beer.  Nice.

Surprisingly the beer was quite nice.  Too bad my husband didnt buy any cider .

Birthday week

This birthday week, i spent way too much money.  I bought four dresses, attend a wedding and bought my family to river safari.  Spent and spent.

Luckily during the week, when my husband asked me what i want for my birthday, i told him nothing and so he didn't waste money on it.

So what dresses did i buy.

Two are from Dressabelle as there is a sales of 30% discount. So each dress was less than $30.

Another two are from Love, Bonito.  No discount so quite expensive but they are restock stuff.  And i think they will be sold out before any sales.

They look good but not sure whether they are suitable for me.  As i tried 1 of the dresses from Dressabelle, i find it soso only even thought initially I find it super nice.

I find it too long as i think is a midi dress than a maxi dress.  And a bit big.  However, my husband says look fine.  I hope so.

4th week of October

This week is birthday and 🎃 count down week.

This week theme is from Love & Bravery.  I just realised i don't have many from this brand and many are still unwash.  Lol.

So here is a recap.

Monday.  Black tuxedo dress with balck built in bra tee from China.

Tuesday. Black white printed. Photo taken by my son.  I told him my hair is messy. He said, no mama you look 👍.  Lol.

Wednesdays.  Red/ brown printed dress.

Thursday.  A new dress. First time wearing.  White navy block dress. I love block dress.  Saw 1 dress from Love & Bravery black beige but $40.  Sigh.  Too expensive.

Friday.  Black lacy 2 piece dress. A dress that was brought long time ago from Love & Bravery.  Find it a bit short but since is Friday dress down abit.

This Saturday i got a wedding dinner to attend.  Have not decide what to wear but i got no footwear as those i order from China are all not here.  Hmm.  Not sure should i go and find one? Thinking...

Andalou 1000 Roses Floral Toner

Trying out its toner as I love its facial wash.

Smell: nice rose scent
Colour: nil
Texture: water/ mist
Review: this toner comes in the form of spray.  Prefered to pour out toner in the cotton wool and wipe away the last dirt on my face.

To me, Spray is more for mist. Cost around US$10 and via iherb.  Not sure how much it costs in Singapore.  The scent is good.  Relaxing.

Least like dresses

Here is a list of my least like dresses.

Reasons why are mainly due to worn up, too short and design are unflattering.

As most of my dresses are buy online so there are always some miss, some good buy.  I find it a waste to discard dresses that are misses.  I will still wear them.  Those than are slightly worn up then i will either donate or reuse the cloth for cleaning etc.

Really have no idea what else can i do with my old clothes.  Care to share?  Will really like to know more simpler steps on reuse and recycle things.
