Morning Beauty Regimen - Facial Wash

It been a while since I talk about my beauty regimen and product's review.  Actually I have simplified a lot since I have kid to save time.  From today, I will focus on my current beauty regimen. 

Morning I will start with cleanser.  Currently I'm using Sukin Foaming Facial Cleanser.    

Texture: Gel
Aroma: Sweet nice scent (my husband says it smell like Yakult)
Colour: Clear.
Cost: about $13 for 125ml. Can get it from Watson
Verdict: affordable, effective gentle cleanser.  It has quite a lot foam while washing thus must rinse well.  Not over drying. My second bottle, Will definitely buy again if I can't find a better alternative.

Nice ring from Blueprint Emporium.  But find the price a bit steep.  :p

Still looking for a statement ring for myself. 

New cafe place

Found a new cafe serving cupcakes and drinks along Katong near Botak Jones. Very nice and chic place.  Didn't try it as I was in a hurry. Will definitely go back and try.

Shopping spree

After a busy week, I finally got a chance to go shopping. 

Went H&M, got two sleeveless tops.  one is a black simple tank top so didn't take picture.  The other one is a white sleeveless blouse. 

Then procced to Cotton On and got two more sleeveless top and a tee.  Sponsored by my husband. 

It was fun but no more spending till next month.  :p

Bedok Point

Yesterday I happened to go Bedok Point.  @basement 1, there are many small stalls selling female and kids fashion.  There is one stall on English kitchen ware.

One of the female famale fashion is tops from Korea.  Took some pictures.their clothes are quite soft and comfortable. Short sleeves top cost $10 and sleeveless top @ $9. I find them quite affordable.

As their design are quite cute so not really suitable for office.  I don't think I will get them even u find them nice.  Find simple tank top is easier to match for my lifestyle.

Gap promotion.

I been thinking to buy some tee.  But I will like my tee to be longer.  I went Uniqlo to take a look at their  tee but their tee are quite short for me.  As for male tee, as they are having promotion all S size tee are sold out.  

Maybe Monday I will go orchard and check out Gap tee.  

Btw Uniqlo's AIRism bra top is having sale.  $19.90 each.  Usual price is $34.90.  I don't know when this deal will end but popular colour S size is either sold out or running low.  So better hurry.

Kiddy Fun Packs

Happened to walk past a John Little fair and saw some stuffs for my son.  Bought an art kit and a puzzle to try.

Recently, during the weekend, I will try to spend 15 to 30 minutes with my son on doing some educational stuff, such as art, writing etc.  Wanted to train him to sit at his desk as he always run about.

So nowadays I will try to look out new activities for him.  Hope these will interest him.  If you got any activities to interest active kid, do share with me.

Recent makeup purchase

Recently Sephora is having 20% discount for its member.  Wanted to try Mac makeup remover wipes as more convenient when I am taking care of my son alone.  So I bought a packet of 100 for $47 and a eyebrow brush for $20.  All prices are before discount. 

I have tried both.  Find the sheet wipe a bit dry.  Wonder is it because it has been manufactured for awhile.  The one I use at Mac counter seem better.  Maybe the first few pieces are drieras they are on top. Will continue and review on it.  The brush is finer.  Thus need a bit more applications. 

It has been a while since I write product's revirw.  Must be more hardworking!!! Lol.

Purchases for my son

My son is running out of tee.  Last few week as Fox Kids is having sales on certain items.  So I went to grab some for my son.  Their tee is quite soft.  Each costs about $8. 

I also bought him a swim wear top from Cotton On.  Will try bringing him for a swim n have a tan.  Cotton On's tee is also soft and costs around $20 for 2. 

Finally, I grabbed mosquitoes patch as his school is in the dengue zone.  Hope the dengue period will die off soon.

Wish item

Thinking of getting a casual jacket.  Online casual black leather jacket or cardigan are often grabbed and sold out when they are just being released.  Saw one at Mango but very expensive. Costs more than $200.  There is also one at H&M but I find it pretty short for me.

So any good recommendation?

First Groupon Purchase

My first purchase from Groupon.  A low cut bra.  Got it for weeks but have not try it.  It costed around $25.  Maybe I will try during this weekend.

Deal from Korres

Now is the time to try Korres product if you have been eyeing for a while. Because it is having 25% off when you shop at www.korresasia.com.

I quite like its Magnolia Bark Day Cream and White Tea Fluid Gel. I have also try Milk Proteins Foam Cleanser and Yoghurt Moisturising Cream but I don't really like them. The Milk Proteins Foam Cleanser doesn't have much foam and after cleansing it doesn't give you a squeaking clean feeling. Thus I find it more suitable for dry skin or when you travel to colder country.

As for the Yoghurt Moisturising Cream, it does has a milk scent. I find this cream takes slightly longer to absorb to my skin than Magnolia Bark Day Cream. Plus Magnolia Bark Day Cream got a nicer, lovely flora smell. So my vote is with the latter. However, I'm not really a cream person. I tend to mix with a little mist for easy application.

White Tea Fluid Gel is a slightly foaming and gentle facial wash. It also has a hint of tea scent. Not over drying. Will definitely use again if there is sales or can't find a better alternatives.

The good thing about Korres products is that they have much nicer scents, which give you a smoothing feeling. Currently, I still got quite a number of skin care on hand or else I will definitely buy some other products for trying. Maybe next time. :)

Latest find

I have been looking around for cheap lemongrass reed diffuser for my home.  But the cheapest is still at G market S$20 for 250ml plus delivery charge of $3 or Aroma Hub at Tampines Mall, S$50 for 2 250ml. 

Then that day I walk passed a Guardian pharmacy and something catch my eye! Its reed diffuser only costs $21.90 for 2 200ml.  Really cheap.  They only have two favour, lavender & eucalyptus and lemongrass & citrus.  So I grabbed both and try. 

Lemongrass & citrus, I used at home. Find the lemongrass scent is pretty weak.  Not very useful for me as I use it as an insert repellent.  As for lavender & eucalyptus, I used in office.  The lavender scent is much stronger which I prefer eucalyptus. 

Thus, I don't think I will buy again eventhough it is quite a good buy.  Now is even cheaper $19.80.  I'm not sure all  Guardian pharmacy have it.  This I saw it at Tampines station.

New additional for the Home

Some of the new additionals from Ikea for the home.  Fixed up by my husband  and they are all for my son's stuff!  I love Ikea stuff but their stuff sometimes just don't fixed up nicely.  Maybe not done by professional but they are fine to use.  Thumb up for my hubby.  :)

Office shoes

So what sort of shoes do you wear in office? Slippers, clogs, flats.

For me, my usual office shoes are heels as I keep most of my heels in the office.  And I will wear flats to work as I need to walk my son to school. 

However, I have a quite a number of heels in office that sometimes they are forgotten.  Really need to find a way to keep track of all my stuff.  How do you keep track of your stuff??  What to do?  Please share.

My new purchase from Charles & Keith.  Costs around $43.  Find it expensive, luckily my husband got voucher.  Have not wear.  Will post more pictures when I wear them.

Mad about H&M

I really into H&M.  They are rather affordable and have a wide range of products.  The only problem with them is that their products are often sold out. 
Once I saw a lacy top and I hesitate to buy. The next day when I decided to buy, it was sold out. 

Anyway now I must stop buying dress, tank tops, heels and skin care.  But windows shopping is fine.  Here are some H&M stuffs that I will "love to have".  Hehe.
