The Bedok MarketPlace

After many weeks of talking about it, I finally get to go and try!

Many nice deco.  Must go early to 'chop' place especially those with fans. Quite a variety of food selections. Those popular ones must queue!

Here comes the food.

When we reached around 6plus in the evening, I find the place a bit warm. Around 7plus crowd start to come.  Around 8 things are cooler and a number of things were sold out.  But there are other choices.  

Price range from $10 to $20. Nice place and many types of foods.  Too bad there is no direct bus from my place else I don't mind going there for meals.

Tampines Swimming pools

Even since my eldest is having swimming class, we tend to go to the pool more often.

Look fun but less shaded sitting area. Love to have a dip. I am sure the kids will love it.  However now my youngest dislike swimming pool as she dislike the shower part.  Haha.

Birds of Paradise

Every Saturday I Will walk past this shop and there is always crowd in it.  Maybe Singapore is hot so it is nice to grab an ice Cream.

However my kids cough easily and so i will tend to avoid it.  But i thought sometimes must let the kids have some treats.  So one Saturday, we went in and tried.

Will not mind having again but the kids are coughing and running nose again.

O Chicken & Beer

Another company lunch at Boat Quay. This time we go for Korean food.  A newly opened Korean restaurant called O Chicken & Beer.

There are indoor and outdoor seating. As it was lunch, we had indoor seat.  But i actually saw people taking the outdoor seats.

I am not really into korean food so i am not sure the quality of it.  However, my colleagues feel that it is just average korean food. I think each person about $30.

Goals for myself

1. More happy thoughts. Everyday i rush to work and home to take care of the 2 kids.  Really tire and really hate hearing negtives stuff.  Must appreciate life and health that enable me to do things.
2. Recycling things.
    - DIY yarn from tops
To be greener.  Really hope people can be more aware of our environmental issues that we are facing.  By just doing a little bit, it will make a difference.  Must think of new ways to be green.  Thinking of growing more plants but already quite busy.  So it can be a challenge to spend time on this.
3. Exercise
4. Stop buying so much!

Hope i can achieve them especially my recycle diy.  Planning to do some craft as christmas gift. Hope i can make it.

Another Carousell Sale

What sort of internet user are you?

I am more of a social user. Definitely not an expert.  Still got so much to learn.  I use it because it is convenient for me.  Like keeping a blog, where i can store my diary and photos.

Now i also put my preloved items on Carousell to sell.  Not much demand but hope slowly can sell off some item.

Recently i sold another item. Preloved nursing dress.  Worn only once.  Sold at $15.  This time round Via local mailing.

I hope the buyer like it.  Anyway i went to change the status to sold and the buyer cannot give me a feedback.  What bad luck!

These few days have been pretty down.  Hope things will get better.  Trying to motivate myself. Positive thoughts etc.

Look what we found at the Change Alley overhead bridge.

Boxgreen vending machine.  Yummy.

We cannot resist and got to buy pack to try.  Very easy to buy.

We got my eldest favourite, Shitake Mushroom chips.
