Kuriya Fish Market Yu Sheng 2018

Kids are getting bigger so we decided to have some fun with yu sheng at home.

We bought a yu sheng from Kuriya and replace the sashimi to abalone. So that the kids can eat.

Putting all the ingredients.





Time to "lao"!

As the sauce is a bit different with the normal yu sheng. Guess is the ginger, kids did not enjoy it.  Haha.

Next year will try others and hope it will be better.
