Beers

Trying out all the beers that we bought online.  From Thirsty craft beer, Redmart etc.

Here are some that we tried.

It is nice to have something cooling especially in our hot weather and after a long, hard day.

Usually my husband and I will share just a beer or cider for the day so that we will not over drink.   I prefer cider.

Sometimes we will have a bottle of Moscato.  Too bad i dislike wine as red wine is beneficial for us.

Saw an acticle on natural wine.  Not sure how does it tastes.  Will buy one and try if i happen to see it.  Have you try before?  Wonder will it taste different.  Will update.

Tampines hub

Tampines hub is really big.  There are so many place for us to slowly discover.

It has swimming pool, sheltered jogging tracks, aircon and outdoor studying areas.  Playground even though i find it rather small.  Jumping castles at two different locations.  One at basement and one at level four.

Home team NS for laser quest and clip n climb. Looks really fun.  A place i will bring my kids to try.

There is also bowling alley, karaoke and library.  And many others that i do not know.  Definitely will bring my kids to come here to explore more. And food to try too.

How do i entertain my young ones?

Beside doing park/nature walks.  Here are some easier stuff i do with my kids.  Especially when the dad is not around.

Playground for the kids to run about.

Skating around.

Playing at corridor. Playing marbles, chalk drawing and sometimes water balloons or washing up the floors.

Art and craft.

Window shopping if you have to get out of the house.

Toys time.  Lego etc.  I bought this snow flakes on the internet.  Quite similar to blocks.

I am rather lazy so i prefer to do simple things for myself and my kids. Do you have simple games or task to share with? Hope to hear more.

Final leg of Southern Ridges

Our weekend walk.  Task: to complete our Southern ridges.

This time round we start our walk from Labrador Mrt station to Hortpark.  Quite a distance.  Here what we found.

Where to walk?

"The left is bigger than my face?", eldest said.

Kent ridge park. Canopy walk.

Long way up.  So hot!

We managed to completed the walk but lost our way at Kent ridge.  Finally we found our way to NUH or Kent Ridge Station. Even had our dinner there.

It is quite tough to walk in such hot weather but we work as a team. Taking turn to carry youngest and encourage eldest to continue to walk. We may not realise but I think we achieve more than completing the walk.

And hope there will be more to come.
