Youngest's first performance

Youngest is always very sticky to me especially when she sees me. So in 2016 when she was in playgroup, my husband and i didn't let her join her school's year end performance.  As we find her not ready.

In 2017, her school made it compulsory for all pre nursery students.  So we had no choice but to let her join.  She does enjoy her training and rehearsals.

On actual day, we were quite late so when we drop her to do her make up. She was upset and cried.  Feel sad.

Went to check out her practice photos.  I cannot even recognised my youngest! She looks so different.  Too pretty!  Makes me worry.

All the kids look so cute. And she seems to be performing and fine.  Of course she keeps looking for us. And when she sees me, she still gave me a sad look.

Overall, she does perform and did not cry.  She even tell us she looks pretty and boys are looking at her.  So vain.  I hope she will grow up as a confident, smart and gracious girl.  And she will not undermine by any people.

D'Nest

A simple christmas celebration with friends at a friend's new place at D'Nest.  Quite a big estate.  Many pools surrounding the estate.

Guess the kids enjoyed the most.  My friend's place is small but compact.  Hope she and her family will have a great time there.

Mega grasshopper

Found a super big grasshopper at the bus stop.

It is almost as long as my index finger. Really big.  Another uncle at the busstop also can't help taking its picture.

i often catch grasshoppers when i was young. Now I don't really see them.  Was really happy to see it.  Nature is such a beauty.

Unseco World Heritage Art Exhibition

Piece of peace. World tour.  Here are some lego works that are displayed at Raffles City.

Very beautiful made.  Thought of bring my eldest to go but the ticket is quite expensive and not sure whether he will appreciate looking at all these.

Daiso

Need some stuff for kids handicrafts so went daiso for a walk.

They have so much stuff.  Make up, deco, household products, stickets and many more.  Really can spend hours exploring.  However i don't have hours to do that.

Only managed to take some pictures.

Still we managed to buy 15 items.  Mostly for the kids.

We had fun shopping.

First staycation with kids

Our first staycation! I still prefer vacation but this year do not think so. So decided to bring my kids to RWS, Singapore for some fun.

Our hotel for 3 days, Festive Hotel.

Day 1: Adventure Cove

I did not play much cos my youngest was very scare.  Think my eldest enjoyed himself as he and his dad stayed for quite some time while I went to check in.

Our room.  Quite big.  Just nice for our family of four.  The hotel does not have spare bed.

Our first dinner.  Central Hong Kong Cafe.

Then night, rest cos we are so tire.

Son's new piggy bank.

Trying to encourage my son to save.  However, he is thinking of saving to buy new toy!!  What can I do????

Kiddy Fun Packs

Happened to walk past a John Little fair and saw some stuffs for my son.  Bought an art kit and a puzzle to try.

Recently, during the weekend, I will try to spend 15 to 30 minutes with my son on doing some educational stuff, such as art, writing etc.  Wanted to train him to sit at his desk as he always run about.

So nowadays I will try to look out new activities for him.  Hope these will interest him.  If you got any activities to interest active kid, do share with me.
