Chirstmas 2016

Preparing for this year xmas. After working, i don't have much time to do shopping as evening i will rush home to cook dinner. Then weekends are classes or visiting.  Then these past months there are many sickness and unwell among us.  So really tire to do any shopping.

Thus i do more online shopping for most of my xmas gift.  Inly worries is quality.  Hope they are good.

Here are some singles day purchase from tao bao.  More will arrive..

My colleague helped to buy the below.  Mini kits.

Necklace are selling like hot cake. Back order from love and bravery are sold out within days.  Saw this back order, chose and bought the light colour before it sold out. Have not deceide who to give. Maybe for my team girl.  Have not decide.

I think i still got some outstanding gift. Three boys age between 4 to 9 years old and 2 of cousins.  Will see how.

House of inseat repellent

My kids always get bitten by mosquitos so i always keep stock of repellent.  Either patch or spray.  Now some more got dengue or zeka.  Worry.

My sister sometimes will help me get if she see anything interesting. She got the below from Japan to let us try.

However i find Japanese products are little too gentle for singapore mosquitos!  Haha

Makeup review

Most of my reviews are on skincare. First time doing a makeup review.  I often make up but they are usually light and simple.  My makeup consists concealer, powder, blusher and eyebrow powder.  Sometimes i will apply some eye make up.

Today my review is on my powder and blusher.

I quite like this powder. Texture quite fine.  Lighty nice scent. Quite good coverage.  Easy application.  Cost around $20. However this is not organics. Now i am trying to get cheap organic make up base.

Got this around $19.  The texture of this blusher is not smooth and fine.  Will not buy again.

Will review more on makeup in the future.

Daiso

Need some stuff for kids handicrafts so went daiso for a walk.

They have so much stuff.  Make up, deco, household products, stickets and many more.  Really can spend hours exploring.  However i don't have hours to do that.

Only managed to take some pictures.

Still we managed to buy 15 items.  Mostly for the kids.

We had fun shopping.

Hand made straw necklace

My youngest did her 1st straw necklace.  She woke up early so went to ransack her siblings cupboard and found some handicrafts.

Then she began to do it own her own.  Not bad, baby.

Then my eldest also want to do it. So we went daiso to get materials for it.

Thinking of preparing more materials for the kids' xmas goodie bag but some materials are really not suitable.  Wasteful. Must find others.  Hope can find them.

Steamboat lunch

One of my colleague is going for long holiday so we had lunch together. We don't usually have lunch at cafe.  But for this we made an exception.

Had steamboat at one of the steamboat cafe call W hotpot.  Its logo looks quite similar like J pot.

The food.

The food serving is quite little.  And not cheap.  The 1 at icon is cheaper.  Don't think will try again.

Eat till very full.  Really love steamboat.  It will be better if the weather is super cool.  Haha.

My first purchase from By invite only.  Realised they are having a sales.  Each item around $18. Thought it is a good time to try their item.

The purchase is very fast. Payment by pay pal or credit card.  I think over $40 free delivery.  By registered mail. Arrived with 2 to 3 days.

Package in good condition.  Each necklace was packed individually in a nice pouch with a 3M Anti-tarnish square.

So i decided on the following.

1. Only long necklace.  Costed $18. Stone is Blue Kyanite.  Creates better communication and self expression. Assists one to speak the truth and be honest.

2.  Only sliver. Costed $18 too. Used Agate stone. A balancing and protection stone with calming properties.

3.  Most expensive item.  Costed $29.  Also with Blue Kyanite stone. An energy conductor that doesn't absorb any negative energy.

4.  Lastly tiger eye. Also $18.  A powerful stone that aids harmony and balance, and helps to release fear and anxiety. It also helps to make decisions.

Hope i will put them in good use. Still thinking whether to get some as christmas gift.

Actually last time i got some accessories that i love.  But a lot of them were misplaced along the way.  Sad.

My 1st thanksgiving

Frankly speaking, I do not celebrate thanksgiving day.  I do not know what is it at all. However, this year business in Singapore make it such a big deal. Promotions for black Friday and cyber Monday.

Most importantly, the offer are so much better than great Singapore sales.  Not just clearing of old stock.

Sephora, Korres, Robinsons, Coiton on.  So much more to offer.

I also cannot resist. Bought stuff online.  Orangic makeup from Korres. Initially I want to go Sephora to buy stuff.  But the queue is so long.

I gave up and bought online. Many are out of stock and there are limited products online. Maybe that is why people prefer to go store.  Think they should have more products and stock available online for customers.

Then cyber Monday By invite only also has discount.  Bought my necklace and earring.  Did not buy a lot as don't want to spend too much.  Think i have enough accessories too.

Mango online also having 20% off except new tab.

It was fun.  Spent way too much. Hope there will be more good sales available in Singapore.

The stuffs' price are mostly high for me.  So not sure will i try or not.

I am also looking for a thin gold necklace so that i can pair with my long gold necklace.

Anyway i saw a goldlion coin pouch similar as below.  Costs almoat $50. So expensive.  I saw one at amazon costs around $10.  But not sure the quality. Prefer thin material as i keep it inside my winslet.

Will look around.  Hope can find 1 that i like and suitable for me. Most importantly is cheap.  Haha.
